Indigenous People's/Columbus Day Lesson Plan

This is intended for use during Columbus Day/Indigenous People's Day, class time for 50-55 minutes. Class size can be any size. The book Encounter by Jane Yodel should be purchased for best outcome, but the lesson can be done without this section. This lesson plan is best for 3rd-5th grade but could be accomodated for any grade by changing the discussion questions.
